NOAA Fact Check: Debunking Weather Modification Claims - And What I Believe.

In the spirit of fairness and proper journalism, I have posted NOAA’s response to the allegations that they are manipulating or controlling our weather, specifically Hurrance’s Helene and Milton.

Some of you may not like NOAA’s response, and some of you may not like what I believe. Either way, I’m okay with this. I am an adamant supporter of the Constitution, and in this case, the First Amendment. They have every right to be heard whether I or you disagree with them or not.

Honestly, I find it rather comical that NOAA came out with this statement denying that they are messing with our weather all the while they are one of the loudest voices out there trying to convince everyone that climate change is real. NOAA you want the American people to believe you, and trust you, then quit lying to us about a political agenda that we all know is total bullshit! You can’t have it both ways.

NOAA is the parent agency of the National Weather Service. I simply don’t believe that the meteorologists working for the NWS would go along with such an insane ploy to harm and kill the American public when their mission, and creed is to protect us, to help save our lives not kill us. These are decent people with a conscience. Believing they are killing people with the NWS Doppler Radar Network is a stretch too far and not true.

We have lost something extremely valuable in our nation, and that is the ability to have an honest conversation, the ability to debate each other, and the ability to listen to those whom we may not agree with. I am not advocating nonsense here but old-fashioned common sense. It exited stage right a long time ago. We need to teach it to our children and grandchildren. It’s part of what keeps humanity sane and safe.

Far too many people believe what they see, hear, and read by the mainstream media and social media especially. Hint, through these platforms they control and manipulate us. Sure they do for millions of Americans because if it is not a two-minute video or conservation they won’t take the time to research anything and prove it right or wrong.

As I have said multiple times in my stacks… make up your own minds, and form your own opinions, I’m not here to tell you what to believe. I don’t know everything and I may be wrong on some of this stuff too. I’m still working through all of this myself searching for the truth. This is the core theme of the Great Awakening.

Why do you believe what you believe?

Because at some point in your life you trusted the information that somebody was giving you and that someone you trusted told you that a car was a car, a tree was a tree, a bird was a bird, the blue stuff above you is the sky and that's the way that we began to determine what we believe to be a fact.

Most of the things that we believe to be a fact in our lives are told to us through our stories or the news that we hear. So my question would be, if they were deceiving you with the stories they tell you, would you be able to recognize that? So we've all heard the term conspiracy theory.

What the Globalists, the Deep State, and the Cabal want is to silence us, those who oppose their plans, specifically Agenda 2030 and their New World Order. This is why Facebook and other Social Media outlets silence anyone who speaks out about or against their plans. It’s called censorship and it is wrong and extremely dangerous!

I do not believe that our government is using its National Weather Service Doppler Radar network to control or manipulate storms. These radars are simply not capable of producing the enormous amounts of energy to do so…even if it were possible. In my humble opinion, this idea or thinking is part of the deception to keep us off the path of the truth. This idea very well could be a Black Hat move to keep our attention off of what is the most important issue at hand…the November 5th election.

Most of these radars are located at or close to our nation’s airports. If they were controlling or manipulating our weather with these radars wouldn’t millions of people who fly past those radars every day get fried? If these radars were strong enough to mess with the weather wouldn’t they fry aircraft? Use some common sense here folks.

HAARP in my opinion gets far more credit than it should for things that I don’t believe it can do. And honestly, it’s old technology. The stuff our government and others have today is believed to be far more advanced and more powerful than HAARP. If you want to go down a really deep rabbit hole then research Direct Energy Weapons (DEW’s). These are real and believed to be unbelievably powerful. Powerful enough it is alleged to cause earthquakes and volcanic eruptions.

If, and that is still a really huge if, in my thinking, they can monkey with the weather, then it would be this type of technology (DEW’s) that they are using not HAARP.

Were Hurricanes Helene, Milton, and other such catastrophic and deadly storms somehow manipulated by Direct Energy Weapons? The truth is I have no proof of this, and neither does anyone else (that I know of).

Most of what is being talked about is more speculation than solid proof. I wish that some of the podcasters in the truther community would be a little more honest about this, and admit that they don’t have that total proof either. I have watched many good interviews on this subject but they all seem to fall just a little bit short.

Killer storms have been ravaging the planet for thousands of years before modern technology arrived. Today’s alleged Global Warming heat waves pale in comparison to the 1930s heat waves. Most of those all-time high temperature records still stand, in most states.

What troubles me on this subject and makes me believe our government or foreign governments are indeed capable of nefarious acts is the Lahaina firestorm, the Paradise, California, fires, the Chile fires, and the Ruidoso, New Mexico fires this summer. To this day the public has not been told the truth about the Lahaina fire, the reason for it, nor the still (as far as I know anyway) missing 2,000 children. If those kids were found we would love to know about it.

Question. Is it possible that our sun is causing unusual swings in our weather as we are about to enter another Solar Minimum as many believe? If so is it possible that these Globalists and their Deep State minions know this and are in fact manipulating our weather with some type of secret high-energy weapons? Why would they do this? Perhaps to bring order out of chaos? In other words, are they capitalizing on naturally occurring events to work their magic upon humanity? This is what I think may be happening.

They don’t control our weather…God does. But they may be antagonizing it.

I strongly believe that the sun is what drives the planet’s daily weather and climate cycles. I always have. I’ve never believed the propaganda and lies centered around Climate Change, Global Cooling, Global Warming, or whatever else they want to call their lie. Their purpose here is to control the narrative in order to control the masses into believing and accepting their agenda/plans. I saw the truth of this propaganda movement way back in the 1970s when they tried to scare the world into compliance with their global cooling nonsense.

Is Hurricane Milton Being Used As A Weapon Of War To Attack Florida?

Make no mistake about it we live in crazy times. Just when you think that the daily round of news stories can’t get more absurd, they do. Right up front let me say that I do not necessarily agree with everything that Alex Jones, Greg Reese, Dan Wiginiton, and others are saying about weather wars and weather manipulation. But they are over the target and what they are claiming is true (IMHO) but the devil is in the details.

It is my opinion that some of this information that is being presented is misinformation meant to throw us off track and divert our attention away from the truth about our government’s involvement in weather wars.

Yes, again I do believe that weather modification, weather control/manipulation/wars is very real. My argument is that we just don’t know all of the details on how they do this. We know the why…they want to kill us, drive us out of rural areas and into cities to control us, destroy America from within, and cripple our economy, all in line with their Agenda 2030 plans. The New World Order assault on America is at hand!

We still don’t have an accurate death toll and missing count from Appalachia after Hurricane Helene wiped out that area. As I mentioned in previous posts we may never know the real numbers. Is the same thing fixing to happen in Florida?

In the war over who controls America and the world, we will see more and more bizarre things in the coming days, weeks, and months. As both sides battle for control. We will see things in America we never dreamed possible. We already have had the stolen 2020 and 2022 elections, J6, the COVID-19 pandemic, and its fallout, and most recently the devastation by Hurricane Helene. Florida is next when Milton slams headlong into the Tampa area tonight...

No one creates or steers hurricanes; the technology does not exist.

As the southeastern United States reels from the impact of two historic hurricanes, a large amount of disinformation about nonexistent weather manipulation technology is spreading across the internet, particularly on social media platforms.  

Below, NOAA identifies some of the inaccurate claims circulating online and provides science-based facts and information in response.

• CLAIM: The government is creating, strengthening and/or steering hurricanes into specific communities. 

• FACT:  No technology exists that can create, destroy, modify, strengthen or steer hurricanes in any way, shape or form. All hurricanes, including Helene and Milton, are natural phenomena that form on their own due to aligning conditions of the ocean and atmosphere.

• CLAIM: NOAA modifies the weather.

• FACT: NOAA does not modify the weather, nor does it fund, participate in or oversee cloud seeding or any other weather modification activities. NOAA’s objective is to better understand and predict Earth’s systems, from the bottom of the seafloor to the surface of the sun. We are deepening our understanding and deploying new resources to improve forecasting and give communities earlier and more accurate warnings ahead of extreme weather events. NOAA is required by law* to track weather modification activities by others, including cloud seeding, but has no authority to regulate those activities.
  
  *The Weather Modification Reporting Act of 1972 (15 Code of Federal Regulations § 908) requires anyone who intends to engage in weather modification activities within the United States, including cloud seeding, to provide a report to the Administrator of NOAA at least 10 days prior to undertaking the activity. Those reports are filed via email and may be found on the NOAA Central Library website.

• CLAIM: The government is engaging in activities like cloud seeding to modify the weather. 

• FACT: NOAA does not fund or participate in cloud seeding or other weather modification projects. Cloud seeding is the only common weather modification activity currently practiced in the United States — typically by private companies in western mountain basins in winter in order to help generate snow in specific locations, or in the desert southwest to replenish water reservoirs in summer. The method has been used for decades in an effort to increase stored water in snowpack that melts in the spring to maintain adequate water supply.
  
  Decades ago, between 1962 and 1982, NOAA provided support for research into whether hurricane intensity could be modified, known as Project STORMFURY. The research was not successful in modifying hurricanes and STORMFURY was discontinued. NOAA has not attempted to modify hurricane intensity and participate in cloud seeding since. • CLAIM: NEXRAD Doppler radars are being used to steer hurricanes and are targeting specific communities.

• FACT: Radars are tools for observation and are not able to direct the motion or intensity of air masses or storms. NEXRAD Doppler radars detect precipitation and the motion of the precipitation particles. The radar can determine an object’s location, shape, intensity and movement relative to the radar, but cannot alter or move those objects in any way. NEXRAD radars have been an essential weather forecasting tool since the 1990s and weather radars in general have been in use in the United States since the 1950s.

• CLAIM: Solar geoengineering made hurricanes Helene and Milton worse.

• FACT: Solar geoengineering, a theoretical practice which would modify the atmosphere to shade Earth’s surface by reflecting sunlight back into space, is not taking place at scale anywhere in the world. Geoengineering did not impact hurricanes Helene and Milton, let alone make them worse.
  
  The Earth’s warming atmosphere can cause hurricanes to intensify rapidly and carry more moisture, allowing them to dump higher amounts of rain. Record to near-record warm ocean temperatures across the Gulf of Mexico allowed hurricanes Helene and Milton to rapidly intensify. Natural steering currents in the upper atmosphere determine a storm’s path.

• CLAIM: NOAA is conducting solar geoengineering.

• FACT: NOAA is not conducting solar geoengineering. NOAA studies the stratosphere and marine boundary layer with instruments on balloons and aircraft to help fill important gaps in our knowledge and inform decisions about the potential risks and benefits of solar geoengineering.

• CLAIM: NOAA is involved with projects like HAARP and SCOPEX that modify weather. 

• FACT:  NOAA is not associated with these projects, neither of which can modify the weather. 
  
  HAARP is a small National Science Foundation-funded facility in Gakona, Alaska, that conducts research on the ionosphere, 30 to 600 miles above the Earth’s surface. HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is not capable of influencing local weather at Earth’s surface, let alone tropical cyclones thousands of miles away. The HAARP system is basically a large radio transmitter. 
  
  SCOPEX, run out of Harvard University, was a scientific research project to study the behavior of small amounts of aerosols in the stratosphere to advance the understanding of solar geoengineering. The proposed scientific research project ended in March 2024 before field experiments were conducted.
