It involves human tracking, child trafficking, human satanic ritualistic sacrificing (both adults and children), sex trafficking (adults and children), Adrenochrome harvesting, drug trafficking, slavery, slave labor, cannibalism, and more.
Not only did the Biden Administration throw the southern border wide open to allow hundreds of thousands, if not more children to be brought into the country from around the world. but so did other administrations, including the Obamas.
