The Brazilian Ministry of Health has added the COVID-19 vaccine to the country’s mandatory vaccination schedule for children 6 months to 5 years old, and is considering establishing school vaccination centers with strict reporting requirements.
The Brazilian Ministry of Health has added the COVID-19 vaccine to the country’s National Immunization Program (PNI) for children 6 months to 5 years old, Agência Brasil reported.
The new policy will take effect in 2024, despite growing opposition among Brazilians and testimony by experts highlighting concerns about the safety of COVID-19 vaccines for children and increased incidences of myocarditis, pericarditis and other conditions among young vaccinated individuals.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration this week released its last batch of files related to the licensing of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine for ages 16 and up. The files reveal the agency knew its product safety monitoring system was “not sufficient” for assessing the risk for myocarditis and pericarditis following vaccination.
“Now, independent scientists and researchers can see everything FDA saw when it made its decision that this vaccine was ‘safe and effective,” according to a Dec. 4 press release by the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN), a nonprofit that funded a lawsuit to get the files released.
This news comes more than two years after the agency on Aug. 23, 2021, approved Pfizer’s vaccine. ICAN said:
“With this final batch, the documents, presumably those relied upon by FDA to approve the vaccine, are finally in the hands of the public, where they belong, 800 days after approval!”
ICAN told The Defender it looks forward to seeing what independent researchers who review the documents will report. However, a few revelations from the 51,893 pages already stand out, the nonprofit said.
For example, a May 18, 2021, FDA memo reveals the agency was aware its national electronic system for monitoring product safety was “not sufficient” for evaluating the risk for myocarditis and pericarditis following receipt of the Pfizer vaccine.
CBER’s Sentinel Program, which aims “to improve post-licensure safety surveillance of vaccines and other biologics,” is part of the FDA’s Sentinel Initiative to monitor the safety of FDA-regulated medical products, including drugs, vaccines and biologics.
Shocking data released by the UK Government shows that over the past two years, the vaccinated population in England have suffered an outrageous number of deaths compared to the unvaccinated population despite the fact approximately 30% of the population has not even had a single dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
According to the UK Government department known as the UK Health Agency (UKHSA), by 3rd July 2022, 18.9 million people had refused the first dose of the COVID-19 injection, 21.5 million people had refused the 2nd dose of the COVID-19 injection, alongside 2.6 million people who had received the first dose but refused the second, and 30.4 million people had refused the third dose of the Covid-19 injection alongside 8.9 million people who had received the second dose but refused the third. According to the UKHSA’s figures, 63.4 million people were eligible for vaccination at this point. Therefore, 18.9 million people refused the COVID-19 vaccine in England and remained completely unvaccinated.
But on top of this, a further 2.6 million refused a second dose, meaning 21.5 million people were not double vaccinated, and 8.9 million people refused a third dose, meaning 30.4 million people were not triple vaccinated.
