When the "officials" come out and announce that they have no idea what happened -- then in the same breath say that there's no chance that this was terror related, or otherwise intentional, they're full of 💩! In a sane world, nobody would be able to say either way.
This reminds me of the Fort Hood Shooting. They immediately came out and said, "We don't know anything yet; however, this incident was *not* terror related."
This is no different. They know nothing -- except that it wasn't terror, or intentional.
The important distinction is that they *didn't* say it was an accident. They just listed a string of possibilities, implying that it "might" be an accident. 🤔
